Stewart, Kahne Among Those Entered For Chili Bowl Nationals
Two-time NASCAR Nextel Cup champion Tony Stewart is among 274 drivers already entered for the upcoming Chili Bowl Nationals in Tulsa.
Two other Nextel Cup drivers, Kasey Kahne and J.J. Yeley, also are among those entered for the 22nd annual event, which will be run from January 8th to 12th at the Tulsa Expo Center.
Another prominent driver entered is four-time race winner Sammy Swindell. Tony Stewart, who won NASCAR titles in 2002 and 2005, has won the Chili Bowl event twice.
Event organizers say it's likely last year's record count of 267 competitors will be broken.
