A hairy situation for Tony Stewart
Anybody who ever has had the unfortunate experience of seeing two-time NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart without his shirt knows the meaning of a hairy encounter.
So it was a particularly gruesome sight earlier this week when the driver of the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota had his back waxed in the name of charity during his weekly show on Sirius Satellite radio.
It was the result of a lost bet with Kevin Harvick, driver of the No. 29 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet.
Tony Stewart had said that if Kevin Harvick and his wife DeLana could raise $100,000 US for Kyle Petty's Victory Junction Gang camp, he would have his hirsute back waxed.
They did and he did.
